Had an awesome time. Everything was brand-new during 1 day, thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous location just off a restaurant that sometimes play music, the center, and restaurants. The staff team was very-very nice, the rooms were spacious and equipped with massive king size beds and an internal window open, for instance. The service was great, totally satisfied.

First of all, the location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right in the heart of Cusco, just a stone's throw away from the historic center and all the major attractions. Being able to step out of the hotel and be right in the middle of everything was a huge advantage. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was holding our luggage while we went on day trips or assisting us with printing our boarding passes, they were always there to assist with a smile. The rooms themselves were basic but very clean and well-maintained. The highlight for me was the shower - it was excellent, providing a strong and invigorating spray. As for breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised. The variety of options available, from fruits and yogurt to eggs cooked to order, was impressive. It was the perfect way to start the day and fuel up for exploring the city.

The staff is friendly and helpful, even providing packed breakfast and snacks for those heading to Machu Picchu. Additionally, the breakfast selection is varied and satisfying.

The breakfast was delicious, and the location was amazing - just a short walk to the chocomuseo we wanted to visit. The room was spacious and offered great value for the price. It was situated in a convenient central area.

We had a great time relaxing in a comfortable room at this place. We enjoyed our stay and it was only a 5-minute drive to a shop selling alpaca-fleece clothing. We would definitely return in the future.
